Make your contact points professional using 0844 numbers
Any business in every industry has some contact points wie3ht its customers, the common tele-contact points include email addresses and contact phone n umber. The email address that you give to your customers for enquiries is always like enquiroes@bussinessname.co.uk etc i.e. you have an email address that represents the business name.
Why do you do this?, Why don’t you give the email address of the person who solves the queries of the customers. The reason is that email addresses that represents your business name becomes your identity and it looks professional giving such email address rather than the personal email address of the contacted person (e.g. john@yahoo.com).
The same thing goes for your contact number, if your use normal contact number like any landline number, it is similar to using an email address like john@yahoo.com , that seem to be a personal email address. So, for contact number also you need to give a number which looks corporate and gives a professional image.
0844 numbers can be used for the same purpose that enquiroes@bussinessname.co.uk type of email address were used instead of personal address because 0844 number look more corporate than the normal landline numbers, which look more personal sort of numbers than corporate.
